Welcome to Rapid Computer Repair LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Warranty
We take pride in our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on our labor. If you experience an issue directly related to the service we performed, please contact us within [e.g., 30 days] of the service date, and we will do our best to resolve it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover new software installations, virus re-infection, or hardware failures occurring after the date of service.
2. Data Backup and Liability
Important: Please ensure you have a current backup of your data before bringing your device to us for repair or configuration. While we take every precaution to protect your files, Rapid Computer Repair LLC is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure that may occur during or after the repair process.
3. Abandoned Equipment
We strive to be prompt, but if a device is left in our possession for more than 60 days following the completion of service and multiple attempts to contact you have failed, the device will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned equipment to recover costs.
4. Payment Terms
